The transaction limits for IMPS transactions are modified as under :
1. For Transfer : Rs 30000.00 per transaction with monthly ceiling of Rs 60000.00 (Revised from Rs 20000.00 per transaction and monthly limit of Rs 25000.00)
2. For Cash and walkin customer : Rs 5000.00 per transaction with monthly ceiling of Rs 25000.00 (Revised from Rs 10000.00 with monthly ceiling of Rs 25000.00) This is to align with RBI guidelines.
